With a career dedicated to introducing advanced NDT predictive analytics techniques to the engineering world, Nigel Ko combines his expertise as an NDT Engineer and Innovation Manager to redefine asset reliability. As CEO, he leads XTRA Sensing’s mission to "Predict the Problem Behind," applying deep technical mastery in AIoT and predictive analytics to ensure the safety and longevity of global critical facilities & infrastructure.

As CFO of XTRA Sensing, Doris Yip oversees the financial frameworks that power our AIoT innovations. She combines rigorous capital management with a deep understanding of the deep-tech landscape, driving the company’s expansion into Japan and beyond. Her leadership ensures that our pursuit of "zero downtime" is backed by a solid and scalable business foundation.

With over 15 years of experience in acoustics and machinery condition monitoring, Andrew is a certified ISO Category 3 Vibration Analyst and a pioneer in non-destructive testing. As CTO and Co-Founder, he leads the development of XTRA Sensing’s AIoT-driven predictive analytics, translating complex machine data into actionable insights for critical facilities & infrastructure global-wide.

Thomas Kwan is a specialized "Machine Doctor" at XTRA Sensing, combining his expertise as a qualified Vibration and Guided Wave analyst with deep experience in AIoT MaaS deployments. He plays a critical role in transforming complex physical data into actionable insights, ensuring 24/7 reliability and non-interrupted operations for critical infrastructure globally.

XTRA Sensing’s Lead Data Scientist and System Architect, he designs and oversees the company’s advanced AIoT and predictive analytics platform that powers the “Machine Doctor” solution. Bridging cutting-edge model development with robust system architecture, he ensures that complex AI pipelines run reliably in daily industrial operations. His leadership in high-dimensional data and physical AI has earned a European AI award, delivering highly accurate and resilient predictive insights for critical infrastructure worldwide.

An accomplished Project Manager at XTRA Sensing, leveraging his deep experience in overseeing massive infrastructure and conservation projects—ranging from international consultancy to heritage monuments. Having managed developments exceeding 3.5 million square metres, Daniel recently spearheaded the team that deployed our award-winning AIoT predictive analytics solution, blending traditional project mastery with cutting-edge machine intelligence.

Mr. Li Kam Chuen is a distinguished infrastructure expert with over 40 years of experience in the technical management and strategic advancement of large-scale public hospitals and government properties. A Chartered Surveyor and former commissioned Army Officer, he specializes in the design, facility upkeep, and complex development of critical healthcare environments. Mr. Li’s deep expertise in risk mitigation and facility procurement ensures that XTRA Sensing’s solutions meet the rigorous demands of high-stakes, mission-critical infrastructure.
